Summer

Greetings, everyone! I hope you are all well, enjoying the colors, scents, and flavors of summer.
I'm writing to let you know that for the next two-three months I suspect the posts will be less top-heavy in research and a bit briefer in length. There are a few reasons for this:
- While the in-depth information about certain topics can be both helpful and interesting, I recognize that it can a) be a lot to take in week after week and b) tends to shine a light on problematic aspects of menopause and change.
- I'd like to take some time to focus more consciously on the positive parts of this incredible life transition.
- My own transition/transformation is requiring a lot of time and attention from me right now, so I'm going to back off on research deep dives and 4,000 word posts for the summer.
I will return to looking at more topics in greater depth in a few months. I have a whole list of things I want to know about and others have told me they want to know about. But right now we all deserve a summer break--a beach blog read, if you will ;->
