Symptoms:

Measure symptom severity with Greene's Climacteric Scale: https://www.menopausematters.co.uk/greenescore.php

Forms to track symptoms/helpful in doctor's visits: https://menopausesupport.co.uk/?page_id=16056

Zoe's menoscale (I didn't find this as helpful as Greene's):

MenoScale - Make sense of your menopause symptoms
Perimenopause and menopause are under-researched and often misunderstood. ZOE’s MenoScale calculator scores your symptoms so you can better understand them.

Books:

The Menopause Brain by Dr. Lisa Mosconi | Currently the only book specifically about the how menopause affects and is affected by the brain. Mosconi also addresses the powerful male bias and misogyny that has pervaded medicine and medical perspectives on women's experience.

The Menopause Manifesto by Dr. Jen Gunter | I liked this book because of it's strong feminist stance. Also, it has separate chapters dedicated to specific symptoms and parts of the body so it's easy to find information and refer back to it for guidance about particular issues.

The Fifth Vital Sign by Lisa Hendrickson-Jack | This is a fabulous book about menstruation and the critical importance of understanding our cycle as an key indicator of our overall health and well-being.
