Balance

Hello, folks,
I'm writing this brief post to let you all know that as of April 1 I will be publishing a new blog post every other week instead of every week as I have been doing.
I recently started a women's health coaching training. In addition to that program, I am also working on my book project, trying to get Menopause Yoga workshops up and running, and also attempting to maintain consistent self-care.
I love researching and writing these blog posts, and they also require a lot of time and energy. In an effort to achieve a more sustainable workload, I'm backing off of writing so much for the blog right now.
